Hello
We are Fran & R. J. Hrapsky.
Charles County has been our home for almost 18 years. We have valued our friendships and the strength of the people who have built this community. It gives us the feel of where we grew up in PA, but without the crazy winters. We are dedicated to bringing well-being and a peace of mind to everyone we meet. We are extremely thankful and grateful to be a part of Charles County, MD!

Welcome Every-Body!
We started Zentral Station to bring a studio like none other to Charles County. We wanted to create a safe place where everyone can come in to practice and enjoy a little ZEN in their busy lives. We have a strong sense of community and want to uphold the 8 Limbs of Yoga to enrich our fellow neighbors.
Instructors
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

Yoga Instructor
Roxy Nino

What does YOUR body and mind need? The responses can vary from day to day, as well as changing with the seasons, not to mention with life altering events (stress, sensory overload, etc). Do we notice that which is happening in the cycles of nature, in the news, and in life - ALL of that impacts what you bring to the mat and what you need to take away for the sake of your body, mind and soul.
I am Roxy Nino, and Yoga has been an essential part of my life for over 35 years. Growing up I always saw my mother exercising and dancing, not just for the sake of staying fit but, for the sheer enjoyment as well. For me, movement was an important counterpoint to what had been my daily corporate communications office life. I found rollerblading, Tai-Chi and Acro-Yoga were my favorites.
Originally from New York City, I moved to Southern Maryland to become an American Sign Language Interpreter. Transitioning from the fast-paced city lifestyle of the Northeast and in my search for balance in life, I decided to become a certified Yoga Teacher. Teaching has been the most joy filled and inner healing pursuit that I love sharing.
Come explore how to Stretch & Strengthen, reignite how to connect with your Core & Alignment, find variations within Vinyasa Flow, while incorporating elements of meditation, mudras and stimulation of circulation. All levels welcomed to decompress, deepen your breath and delight yourself with finding your way between effort and ease.
Yoga Instructor
Paty Masson

E-500 RYT/BLACK BELT KUNG FU SHAOLIN - QIGONG
Understanding emotions and how they affect our everyday life has always been a journey of mine. As an educator in my country Ecuador, South America, that interest helped me serve my students better. Ever since I embarked on this vibrant healing path with Kung fu and Qigong, in my late twenties, I discovered how to understand myself better.
Then Yoga, in my forties the Deepac Chopra Institute, showed me a different tool to embrace many truths in the practice of yoga and some of my personal dilemmas and traumas became crystal clear. This led me to a new path toward expanding my knowledge in how the body keeps record of our experiences.
Now, being certified in Trauma Informed Yoga and as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I designed my signature program CBT Yoga, which is the perfect blend of Yogic philosophies and CBT Principles. This kind of yoga flows along with deep meditations on cognitive distortions or undesired thoughts, it is a unique way to help practitioners in their journey to awareness and how to heal their own lives.

She had experienced burn out several times and watched other women constantly running on empty, due to a complete absence of consistent self-care. Yoga Instructor/Reiki Master
Melinda Adams

Sudasi Melinda
(Reiki Master, RYT200, Certified Meditation Teacher)
Sudasi Melinda sees yoga as a pathway to help create harmony in the body, mind, and spirit through a focused and dedicated practice of both stillness (meditation), movement (asana), and breath (pranayama) surrounded by gratitude and acceptance.
She uses the practice to create a balance in her own life away from her environmental scientist career. She strives to share that harmony she has found with her students. She has been actively practicing yoga, meditation, and energy work for more than a decade.
Over that time, she has studied a variety of disciplines which, in addition to the above, includes Reiki, Tarot, energy work, herbal medicine, chakras, Master Gardener, and others. She is a Reiki Master (2011), Registered Yoga Teacher (2019), and a Certified Meditation Teacher (2022).
Her on-going focus is on sharing the joys of meditation and yoga with anyone who will listen and hopes to share that with you all as well.
Yoga Instructor
Lindsey Pommerenck

Lindsey has been practicing yoga for over four years and has seen both the physical and mental benefits of the practice firsthand. When not teaching yoga, she spends her days as a stay at home parent of two young children and a freelance writer for a local online publication.
Her approach to yoga is one based in fitness and mental well being. Expect a briskly paced (but easy to follow) class that places an emphasis on increasing one’s strength, balance, and flexibility, followed by a brief, encouraging relaxation session. Proper form is of the utmost importance to her since it’s vital to staying safe during the practice, so it will be reiterated often during her classes.
The beauty of this ancient practice is that it can be whatever you choose to make it. Her hope is to make yoga accessible to all, even those who would not typically be interested in the practice.

Yoga Instructor
Sonja Smith

Hi, my name is Sonja.
I am excited to join the Zentral Station Team!!!
I was so disconnected from before I began practicing yoga.
Socially - I distanced myself from people. Physically -disconnected from my body. Mentally - unaware of all the thoughts running through my mind and the ailments that they can cause. I started practicing for the physical benefits. I had a lower back fusion in 2014. A consistent yoga practice allows me to move freely.
I discovered the benefits of yoga evolving into much more than just physical. Yoga touched every area of my life. I have experienced its healing power - mind, body and soul.
I received my 200hr YTT in 2018. I teach hatha and vinyasa yoga. As a yoga teacher I aspire to improve the well being of others through therapeutic exercise and empower them to commit to long-term health goals. I strive to help beginners feel comfortable in their practice, learn essential alignment and ensure a safe practice for everyone.
When I am not practicing yoga you can find me chillin with my cats, watching a detective show , skydiving and going to the sauna.
Aura/Energetic Reader
JoAnn Frances

As an energetic reader for four decades, JoAnn Frances uses her skills and abilities of intuition, insight, and life experiences to read and interpret the life energy, our Chi, that flows through our physical bodies, our chakras, and circles around us in our human energy field, our aura. She began her formal studies of subtle energy in 2014 and began to see these fields of energy as an overall, “Interself” and the importance of understanding their influences on our body, mind, and spirit connection.
JoAnn’s passion for learning, sharing, and teaching the multiple benefits of subtle energy has led her formally becoming an Aura Interpretive reader. With the use of bio-feedback technologies she can show everyone how well they are connected to themselves and in body, mind, and spirit. The client simply places their hand on a hand sensor and photographs and videos are produced as well as a full written report on their Interself.
It is through her studies of one's archetypal language, color therapy, the Spectrometry System of energy healing and balancing and the understanding and application of the Law of Attraction, that JoAnn can help her clients make and take a positive approach to life and all that it offers.

RYT 200 HRS CERTIFIED
JULY 2019
La Plata MD
Instructor – Beginners / Level 1/2
I began my yoga journey in my early 50’s in search of an exercise regimen to maintain strength and flexibility without the stress and strain of sports and gyms…I started slow with a home practice and dvd’s - but when I had my first group class experience, I instantly fell in love with the camaraderie and completeness one feels after an uplifting group practice…I love teaching beginners so that they can realize that same feeling minus the fear and intimidation of a group setting.
Having worked in the corporate world with long work weeks of commuting, computers, and deadlines, my passion is to lead otherwise sedentary adults how to tap into their inner selves to feel and move every muscle in their body – and then increase their enthusiasm to come back for more…
My “All Levels” class style teaches yoga basics to build a solid and safe foundation so that even beginners can participate with modifications - and with continued practice build their personal practice to the level they feel comfortable. I truly believe that my yoga practice has improved my health and well-being and has kept me younger than my true age – physically, mentally, and spiritually.
