Hours

Studio hours can vary day to day but for the most part Monday through Friday we have classes starting at 7:00 am and the last class at 6:00 pm.  Studio closes around 7:00 pm.  Saturday and Sunday we open at 9:00 am and the last class is at 12:00 pm, and closing at 1:00 pm.  

This does vary from day to day, see schedule for more details. Hours can also vary based on teacher availability. We’re all human and some days we can’t find subs and have to cancel classes. This is why we HIGHLY encourage always checking the schedule on the app and registering before you come in.

Do I Need to Bring Anything

What Time Should I Arrive for Class

We have everything you need for class, but you are more than welcome to bring your own mats and props.

 

If it is your first time coming we highly suggest you arrive at the studio 15 minutes early, so we can give you a tour of your new yoga and movement home.  After your first class, we recommend being 5 minutes early.  The door will close 5 minutes after class begins if no one is at the front desk.  We want everyone to be able to enjoy zen from beginning to end, so please be respectful and arrive on time.

 

It’s our goal to make sure you do not feel rushed, and we have lots of time to show you around and how to check in at future classes. We want your stay with us to feel “like home” and to give yourself time to energetically settle in.

What Class is Best for Me

Do I Need to Register for Class

Expect to move, breathe, and most importantly, connect. To yourself, your neighbor, your teacher.

 

That is up for you to decide, friend. We encourage you to read the descriptions of classes before taking them to see if they’re what you’re looking for.

All of our classes are meant to be accessible and all levels. So If you’re taking a new type of class for the first time, talk to your teacher about what to expect and if you have any health or physical issues they should be aware of. Our teachers are very knowledgeable and can adapt classes as needed so that you can have the optimal experience!

 

You are the best advocate for yourself. Listen to YOUR body. You are never required to do everything the teacher is guiding you through. You always have the freedom to move in ways that feel good for you, and to take rests as needed (water breaks are great too!)

Be open to the story your body is communicating. So leave all expectations and worries at the door, so you are open to the beauty of what your body CAN do!


It is not required but it is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. When you are signed up we can contact you if needed. Life happens and sometimes we have to cancel classes when we can’t find subs. If you are signed up we will text you to let you know of any class cancelations.

What if I am Running Late
Refund Policy

No problem at all! Come on in! When you get here we will get you all settled in.   We ask that you enter quietly so you don't disturb the yogis as you enter.

**If you think you will be later than 10 minutes then we will ask you to reschedule for another class.**

 

If you are attending a class, event,  or workshop and can't make the class you are scheduled to attend, you will receive a credit as long as you contact us prior to class starting.

If it's a no-show, no credit will be received.

​Our refunds are on a case by case basis. Contact us via email or phone if you have any questions!

The Memberships

What are the Membership Options

Am I Locked into a Contract

We have a wide variety of membership options to choose from! Head to our Membership page here to learn more.

 

No, you are not!  We don’t do contracts that “lock you in." All of our memberships can be canceled at any time, see below! Check out all of the membership options here.

 

It’s our goal to make sure you do not feel rushed, and we have lots of time to show you around and how to check in at future classes. We want your stay with us to feel “like home” and to give yourself time to energetically settle in. 

Can I Cancel/Freeze My Membership Anytime

You may cancel your membership at any time. All membership change requests can be made at info@zentralstation.net.  Once the cancel request has been made, it may take up to 7 days to process before termination is complete. 

If you need to freeze your membership we can also help you with this via email! You may freeze your membership for up to 30 days per calendar year. And mamas don’t worry, we see you! You can let us know at any point during the pregnancy when you are ready to freeze and unfreeze. We will also work with you for injuries and all the things life can throw at us sometimes! We’re all human!
