Its intuitive usage and rapid effectiveness make it suitable for various settings, be it at the studio, in therapy, or at home. The Spinefitter has 28 interconnected balls that apply deep pressure to relieve tension, it's your key to a healthier, stronger back. It's designed to balance the energy and nervous systems by surrounding the spine to help decrease blockages and promote mobility. New stimuli are released through supported joint positions and by challenging your balance and proprioceptive awareness.
