The CVY Deep Dive Yoga Immersion program provides an opportunity for all levels of practicioner to deepen their personal practice through the study of Yoga as a complete lifestyle science. Whether you're looking to up-level your posture practice, learn more about the spiritul side of Yoga or are interested in becoming a teacher, this program is for YOU!
This 50 hour program meets one weekend a month (10 sessions) and can be attended as stand alone workshops or a complete 50 hour program. Topics covered includes Yoga asana and basic anatomy, pranayama, meditation, philosophy and other traditional Yogic practices
