About the event
In this workshop geared towards children aged 3-7 and their grown-ups, we will
discuss how to recognize emotions and feelings in ourselves and others! We will
dive deep into our feelings and learn yoga-related strategies including breathing
and movement to help regulate our big emotions. Come with an open mind and
open heart as we all learn to regulate together!
