About the event
Are you looking to release tension in the body? Do you want to be able to move better? Breathe better? Then this is the workshop for you!
Join Fran as she leads you through this 2 hour head to toes Self Myofascial Release workshop.
You will incorporate your breath with somatic movement to unbind the fascia that brings tension and stress to the body. You will leave feeling more relaxed, able to stand taller, breathe easier, plus have more mobility in your body.
