About the event
Mandy’s Movement magic !
This class combines functional yoga therapy techniques and yoga to help better the mind, body and spirit as we go through life. Whether that be looking to better our mood, posture, work with chronic pain, poor sleep, you name it we can work on it!
This class includes stretch and strengthening with yoga, and myofascial release as well as breathwork.
