Join Robynn & Fran for a Mindfulness and Movement Experience!  

Mindfulness and movement go hand-in-hand to enhance well-being and self-awareness.  We will guide you through a few ways you can incorporate mindful movement into your life and help get you started on a pathway to making mindful changes in your everyday life.  We will give you the tools and prompts you need to help deepen your connection to the present moment.

Please wear comfortable clothing.  The cost to members is $30 and for non-members, $35.
