Spring Blooms: Soulful Glow & Flow - Black Lights, Body Paint, & Yoga...Oh My!!!

Put on your white and bright, grab your glow sticks and get ready to experience Yoga in a whole new way!  This workshop honors Spring as a time to shake off the Winter darkness and embrace your inner luminosity.  

This blacklight Yoga experience will incorporate flowing movements to tap into the natural creative energy the Spring season brings - clearing away any stagnation and heaviness left from winter.  Cathy Valentine & Fran Hrapsky are teaming up to co-teach this unique yoga session with background beats, provided by Jeweled Lotus.

Please Come Early and Paint This event will be lit by black lights, so wear clothing that is bright or white in color to make the most of this special lighting.  Paint and stencils will be available to paint yourself and paint others.  Glow sticks and other fun glow in the dark gear will be available too, along with a few other surprises.

What to Expect: We are offering 2 separate Yoga classes along with an Ecstatic Dance - 1st session: 7-8 pm  &  2nd session:  8-9 pm  Ecstatic Dance Session to follow 9-9:30 pm.  The painting and fun starts in the Blue Buddha room, once you are prepped for Glow and Flow, you head to the Green Lotus and get ready for an experience unlike any other yoga practice.
