Join Robynn Powers & Cathy Valentine for an experiential workshop exploring our relationship with food trough two complementary perspectives: mindful nutrition and the deeper awareness practices of yoga.
Through mindful eating, intentional movement, breath, and guided reflection, we will explore the patterns, behaviors, and emotional impressions that shape our relationship with food and our bodies.
Together, these experiences invite us to move beyond simply changing what we do and become more of why we do it.
