Zen & Gratitude Workshop

Come and enjoy a community tea ceremony  to celebrate harmony, peace and truthfulness, according to Chinese traditions.

We will share a Qigong practice to balance the circulation of energy in the body and to revitalize  our Qi ( vital force,) to experience clarity, inner harmony and relaxation. Breathing and soft movements will help to obtain radiant health physically, mentally and spiritually. No previous experience is required.
