Throughout the on-going series, she will facilitate an exploration of various meditation techniques (seated, visual, moving, mantra, walking, etc.) to help you find one that works for you. The class will include assistance on dealing with distractions, suggestions on setting up a personal practice, and how to fit it into a busy modern American life.
