Service Description

This class is both healing and relaxing. Classical Restorative Yoga poses use props to support the body allowing for deep relaxation and rejuvenation. While resting in supported postures students will receive hands-on Reiki healing to help loosen and free blocked energy, increasing vitality and inner harmony.
