Ease into the darkest quarter of year with a healing sound bath at Zentral Station. Join Karen and Nieda on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023, from 4-5:30 p.m. to rest and connect.
You are free to experience the sounds of singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more while lying in a restorative position or in seated meditation.
Props will be available. Please bring personal items for comfort (blanket, pillow, socks, water, or crystals for charging in the vibrations).
